ALL SAIL OFFICIALS MUST BE RE-CERTIFIED EACH YEAR.
Stroke and turn judges, starters, head clerk of course officials, and head computer persons must attend appropriate
clinic. Each pool will have at least one timer training session. Referees should
attend each clinic.
